Experience: 3 – 4 years of experience
Knowledge & Skills: Knowledge of Emergency, Poisoning & Trauma Care

Responsibilities:
Responsible for developing and implementing protocols and policies containing all activities of the
department.
To develop the department overall and the subspecialties for the same
Actively contribute to the academic aspects concerning their departments
Guide and educate the paramedical staff in implementing the various protocols
Conducting CME for the community doctors
Periodically update knowledge in the respective specialists
To ensure safe patient care in the hospital
To ensure accurate, legible and detailed documentation of patient data, discussions and advice, in
all the necessary records
To effectively implement the goals and objectives of the department
To Conducting classes for Clinical and Non-Clinical staffs in Basic Emergency
To effectively coordinate with colleagues of other clinical department for the smooth
management of patients
To Conduct daily In-patient rounds
To assist in regular clinical audit and to improve the clinical functions
To adhere to the code of medical ethics
To Formulate treatment plans
Updating respective subspecialty
Ensuring case file documentation
Completing discharge summaries
Sub-specialties and additional charge for individual consultants
