Exclusive Job responsibilities: • Will be responsible for achieving desired results by managing the complete gamut of activities in the marketing (online and offline), sales and business development sphere. • Core area of concentration will be on developing and driving Marketing and Sales strategies, enhancing Referral Doctor & Corporate Relations & expanding the referral market base in all areas where NU has already established or establishes operations. • To discuss/coordinate related to branding activities with in-house doctors, understand the requirement and act upon it under the direction of the VP OPs and BD • Tie-ups with Insurance companies/TPAs/ Clinics/Nursing Homes etc. • Design & execute sales strategies for enhancement of revenue through innovative value adds services. • To plan various activities as per the phase wise Marketing Strategic plans. 

 

• Review and Supervise the various community related programmes developed by the Marketing Team of the NU Hospitals Pvt. Ltd. • Health talks, Awareness Talks etc. • Health camps : client contact programmes • CME programmes, wellness programmes, etc • To improve business on Pre-employment medical examination (Continuous focus) • Market Share enhancement, Develop Competitive strategies (Market watch/competitors watch) • Ensure implementation of various marketing and BD activities planned by management • On field training and induction of marketing executives and ensure daily joint work as per norms • Follow up on marketing executives referral patients target achievement every month
